Austin, Texas ranks first on a “Best Cities for the Next Decade” list. Kiplinger’s Personal Finance published the survey of ten cities based on an educated workforce, entrepreneurial culture, and general lifestyle elements. Kiplinger’s also credits Austin’s many programs to support small business and the city’s many live music venues, lakes, parks and other factors.
