The Legends Football League (LFL) has been around since 2009 and they’re still going strong… The LFL consists of the Las Vegas Sin, Los Angeles Temptation, Seattle Mist, Atlanta Steam, Chicago Bliss and Omaha Heart. These are the women who play football in bikini type uniforms and shoulder pads. Don’t mistake these women as just another pretty face, they’re rough, tough and they mean business.
Unfortunately, their 2015 season for the LFL ended in August, before the NFL season started.
Don’t worry because you still have a chance to see them in action because the Oxygen channel is doing a reality season that followed the Chicago Bliss team around.
The new reality show will premiere on Oct. 6th and it’s following the players’ everyday lives and shows you on and off the field action.
The players have regular careers by day with families too, but they also have a love and a passion for the game too.
Who knows, maybe it will be the Oxygen channel’s version of “Hard Knocks” or not… the preview of the show looks drama filled.
