Could the former champ Winky Wright be right with his statements about boxing?
Winky Wright told TMZ Sports that Dana White is the reason why UFC works! That Mayweather/Pacquiao fight didn’t save boxing, it just added more millions to their bank accounts.
In the sport of Boxing, you have way too many hands in the cookie jar… Winky says it, there are too many promoters and they aren’t making the fights that people want to see.
Winky said, “the reason UFC is where it’s a right now i because Dana White controls everything, He makes it happen. Dana White doesn’t care about records. It’s all bout you fight the next top guy. If you think you’re the best… we are going to match you up with the best.”
So is he right, could Dana White’s method fix boxing?
