(Undated)  —  Seven-seconds is all that separated a Canadian man from getting part of a lottery jackpot worth more than 20-million-dollars.  Reuters reports that Thursday, Canada’s Supreme Court ruled that the man can’t collect the lottery winnings, even though he had the winning numbers to a “Lotto Super Seven” drawing back in 2008.  Apparently, the man asked for two tickets just before the 9:00 pm deadline.  While one was printed at 8:59, the second ticket — which had the winning numbers — came in just seconds after 9:00, meaning it was only eligible for the next week’s drawing.  He sued the lottery after being denied half of the jackpot.
