A New York plastic surgeon is working on a temporary pick me up for women having trouble filling out a bikini for a trip to the beach. Dr. Norman Rowe told ABC News he’s working on “vacation breasts,” a saline-based solution that could provide a two-to-three week boost to the bust of about a cup size.
