(Jacksonville, FL) — Police in Jacksonville, Florida say they have the man who used a baseball bat in a deadly attack that started over some barbecue. Alvin “Chico” Welch is charged in the attack that killed Joshua Heinz. Heinz was killed at his home where he hosted a football watching party over the weekend. The two started arguing over how Welch was cutting up meat for a take-home plate when the situation turned violent.
