(Wayne, NJ)  —  A North Jersey real estate agent is being sued for allegedly keeping buyers away from a home so he could have sex there with another agent.  Caldwell Banker agent Robert Lindsay is accused of intentionally listing the home in Wayne above market value instead of actively trying to sell it.  The lawsuit was filed by the owners for a series of sexual encounters with his fellow female agent.  The get-togethers were caught on hidden security cameras in the home.  The homeowners want damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, breach of contract, trespass, and other civil violations.  Caldwell Banker has ended its affiliation with both agents.
