Troy Ave is reportedly suing Irving Plaza and its parent company Live Nation for the shooting he was allegedly involved in this past May.

In a sudden update, we've learned that the rapper, whose real name is Roland Collins, has been freed. According to reports he's out on a $500,000 bond that was secured by his mother's home in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn rapper Troy Ave was released from the hospital yesterday (May 30) after receiving a gunshot wound to the leg during New York City's Irving Plaza shooting last Wednesday.
