The Walk to End HIV Houston, originally scheduled for March 8 at Sam Houston Park in downtown Houston, has been cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.
For 37 years, Allies in Hope, formerly known as AIDS Foundation Houston, has hosted the annual walk to support the fight to end the HIV epidemic in the Greater Houston area. While this year’s event will not take place as planned, the organization’s mission to raise awareness and provide vital support services continues.
