Free Press Summer Fest was reborn on March 24 – 25 and blossomed into In Bloom Music Festival held in Downtown Houston’s Eleanor Tinsley Park brought to you by C3 Presents founders of Austin City Limits Music Festival, Voodoo Music Festival, and Lollapalooza just to name a few.
