On Monday the Miami Dolphins announced that they have suspended their star linebacker Lawrence Timmons indefinitely after Timmons went missing from the team hotel over the weekend.
The Dolphins were in Southern California to play the L.A. Chargers when Timmons took off on Saturday. The missing player sent the Dolphins’ team worrying about their player to the point where they filed a missing persons report to find Timmons.

It wasn’t until the next day that the 31-year old was found at the LAX airport attempting to catch a flight to Pennsylvania  to see his baby mama.
The situation has left the head coach Adam Gase furious and it looks like the 11-year veteran may have voided a part of his contract… The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted saying, “After Timmons went missing on Saturday, his time playing for Adam Gase was in doubt. The suspension likely voids his $4.5M in ’18 guarantees.”
