The Major League Baseball tweeted out the new look for the uniforms their professional players will be wearing during the upcoming holidays.
Each holiday comes with it’s special designed caps, jerseys and socks that is to only be worn for these specific special events.

This season’s special uniforms events will be worn for Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, the Home Run Derby and the All-Star game.
And the MLB is starting by allowing the players to wear their special uniforms for more then a one-time appearance for Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Home Run Derby.
The holidays descriptions are as follows:
MOTHER’S DAY (MAY 13-14)
This is the second season that the players have pink themed gear for Mother’s Day. This year they will have lighter gray hats and socks to add to their look. The uniforms royalties will be donated to Susan G. Komen for their flight against Breast Cancer.
MEMORIAL DAY (MAY 27-29)
Memorial Day uniforms keep up with their traditional camouflage look. They have changed up their caps look a little bit… this season they will make the brims camo and the crowns solid camo green. They caps will have five stars to represent the five branches of the military. The proceeds will go to MLB Charities.
FATHER’S DAY (JUNE 17-18)
Since last season debut, this holiday theme is the first time Father’s Day had a heavy presence in the MLB uniforms. Their uniforms consists of a light blue and gray look for their caps and jerseys. Their proceeds will be going to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
INDEPENDENCE DAY (JULY 1-4)
We know that Independence Day is special and the stars and strips are important.
This season’s look is different with a cool new look with their new raised LiquidChrome logos. Their socks are themed by one foot is the stars and the other foot is the stripes. The proceeds will go to MLB Charities
HOME RUN DERBY (JULY 9-10)
The Home Run Derby has a Miami theme to it. They’re giving the jerseys a Miami Marlins look and the caps and socks a floral-leafy look. No matter the team, each hat will be black with an orange logo and if you look under the brim you’ll see flowers.
ALL-STAR GAME (JULY 11)
Finally, the All-Stars. The caps are going to be featured with gold logos and a gold All-Star patch on the side. The uniforms will have a number that represents each time they were named an All-Star too.
