It’s being considered as the inflight Tinder, or Tinder for air travelers.
The new London-based app is called AirDates. This new app encourages their users to upload their itinerary ahead of their flights in order to make possible hook ups.
The users “check in” at the airport and start chatting it up with their fellow passengers and just take it from there.

The app gives their users options too, if you want to experience that “mile-high” hook up then go for it, but if all you want to do is chat it up, you can do that too.
The users can do the chatting by using Multipeer WiFi between each others smartphones.
The CEO Michael Richard says that inflight hookups is the “safest place to have a date” and he feels that the fact that it’s kind of a public place, that the other passengers make the dangerous part of it all go away.
The CEO also says that they will integrate the app with other social media outlets like Facebook, Spotify and Pinterest… that’s right, he said Pinterest.
