Ginuwine

In this day and age of social media, there’s not too much room for mistakes.

But seasoned celebs like Ginuwine have to find out the hard way sometimes. The singer took to Instagram on Thursday to honor the late Aaliyah on the 15th anniversary of her death but mistakenly posted a photo of someone else:

The former TGT member quickly deleted the photo and corrected it with a throwback pic of him and Baby Girl, writing, “Missing the Queen … will love her forever. Gotta watch what you post so many pics yah don’t know what is real and what’s not but this here is and was real my friend baby girl.”

At least the “Pony” singer’s message was “genuine.”
