Without a doubt we know that an absentee father can cause issues HOWEVER there are plenty of things that you can do to help your child! Is there still a way for your child to communicate with the dad? Facetime? Skype? Visits? I’m not sure the exact situation but you still want to make sure that the child is able to communicate as much as possible with the dad. If that isn’t the case, you won’t have to really worry about having that convo with the child for a while. Just focus on being the best mom that you can be!
