(HOUSTON, TX) A man is in custody after putting on quite a spectacle at a northwest Houston intersection.
He was videotaped dancing in the median, stark naked. Neighbors were concerned because the scene was playing out in full view of children.
Approximately 30 people were on the street when it happened, and most of them had cell phones and videoed the man’s rant, which upset his cousin.
She said that he had been using embalming fluid to get high. He was brought in for a mental evaluation.
