(HOUSTON, TX)–A Houston woman is arrested after being accused of hitting her 14-year-old son with a cell phone charger.
CPS investigators say the boy has special needs and wasn’t able to give details about the alleged abuse. The boy’s sister reported seeing her mother, 44-year-old Alba Rochez, hit her brother with a cell phone charger. She hadn’t noticed the bruises until she was giving her brother a bath. Their mother denies the allegations.
