More bad news seems to come R. Kelly’s way. The R&B legend has been evicted from two of his Georgia properties, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution has reported. The “Ignition” singer reportedly owed more than $31,000 in past due payments to SB Property Management Global.

Kelly has come under fire in recent months about the properties. In 2017, the properties were ransacked by a former associate who allegedly broke into the two homes and sold the items that were inside.  According to court documents, Kellz paid $3,000 a month in rent at one property and $11,542 in rent at the other. At one time, Kelly owned a home that was reportedly targeted as a “sex cult.”
