Mase has to open his wallet for using a model’s photo without her permission. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge has ordered the rapper to pay model Stephanie Delgado seven-thousand-500-dollars for taking one of her Instagram pictures and using it in ads for his 2013 single “Why Can’t We.” A judgment was ruled in Delgado’s favor after Mase failed to respond to her lawsuit. Delgado originally sued Mase for 60-thousand-dollars in damages.
Mase is currently gearing up to release his fourth solo album, “Now We Even.”
