Chris Brown has been charged $376.32 by the City of L.A. to pay for the inspector that checked out his house to determine who was responsible for the graffiti outside of his home. His neighbors complained last week about “unpermitted and excessive signage” on the exterior walls of his property, and Chris was cited for it.
