Chris Brown just can’t catch a break. First, he had to spend his birthday alone after announcing he and Rihanna were splitting up again, and now, he’s having to battle his neighbors.
Seems that people in his hood didn’t take too well to a graffiti mural adorning the side of his house. In fact, they disliked it so much they have filed a formal complaint with Los Angeles City Councilman Tom LaBonge’s office, according to Perez Hilton.
