R&B singer Monica should be celebrating today, the Grammy winner’s ‘Still Standing’ has just been certified Gold by the RIAA for sales of over 500,000 – just four weeks after it’s release.

Monica’s sixth studio album, “Still Standing” is close to selling 100K units on the first day!! According to Hits Daily Double, Monica is projected to sell 165-200K in the first week and she could give teen idol Justin Bieber a serious run for the #1 spot.

On the brink of her new album release (this Tuesday), R&B singer is estimated to sell between 190,000-200,000 in it’s first week, according to the folks over at Mediatakeout.com!
