Police say Tyshawn's shooting resulted from a bloody conflict involving rival factions of two of Chicago's oldest gangs--the Gangster Disciples and the Black P Stones.

Pierre Stokes, 25, was charged with three felony counts of aggravated battery for a shooting on March 8.
