A Hastings, Minnesota, woman is charged with driving while intoxicated after officers saw her yelling at an imaginary person in her SUV. Authorities say a caller notified them of a reckless driver who was throwing things around in her car and tossing trash out the window. The witness tried to approach 25-year-old Brandi Lynn Budrick, but she was too involved in a yelling match with an invisible person. When an officer finally caught up with Budrick and pulled her over, she continued to be upset with the nonexistent person. Budrick was arrested for her fourth DWI since 2004.
