Rooftop Cinema Club in Uptown has emerged as one of the must-attend destinations for old school film fans and general movie lovers alike. Their April lineup featuring films such as Selena, Love Jones and others are already sold-out but the company today released their heavily ’80s themed May lineup.
Coming to RCC in May include the original Ghostbusters, A Star Is Born, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, Jason’s Lyric, Dirty Dancing, Do The Right Thing and Love & Basketball among others. Selena is making a return on May 9th and 18th!

Tickets for these and many more go on sale today beginning at 12 p.m. CST at rooftopcinemaclub.com/houston. Screenings are every Tuesday through Sunday throughout the month.

Need to know where Rooftop Cinema Club is? It’s permanently located at BLVD Place above Whole Foods on the intersection of Post Oak Blvd and San Felipe in the Uptown area – 1700 Post Oak Blvd. Guests can park in the BLVD Place parking garage before heading up to the fifth floor of the garage to enter Rooftop Cinema Club.
Tickets start at $17 per person for a one-person lounge seat. The same single person seat with the addition of bottomless popcorn is $20. Tickets for couples, or anyone looking for a roomier love seat, plus bottomless popcorn are $24 per person. Recently added is a student discount ticket starting at $15.30, with valid I.D> required the night of the event.
