Nas may not have cashed out on Forbes’ Wealthiest Rappers list but the Queensbridge emcee may have cashed out something big on a recent investment.

According to a We Buy Black report, the Illmatic rapper may have taken home $40 million after the doorbell company Ring, known for its smart video doorbells was purchased by Amazon for $1 billion. Nas was one of the company’s first investors and could be getting a nice payday for having the vision.

Diversifying his bonds seems to be a Nas specialty. He along with his Queensbridge Venture Partners firm have held investments in Lyft, Dropbox, Coinbase, Tradesky and more. Get your money then!
