Proctor Hires A Second Chair Council!
Tonight’s episode we meet Terry Silver (Brandon Victor Dixon), Proctor went ahead and got some help to save Ghost from the needle and according to Joe… He’s the BEST! His specialty is getting folks off federal capital punishment cases. Ghost meets the new member of his defense team and is not very receptive of him at first and looked at him like:
Terry immediately gets to work but Ghost is very reluctant to discuss certain details. Joe gives him the okay to tell his side of the story and what exactly he was doing in that night and why was he inside Greg’s apartment.
Terry breaks out crime scene photos taken from the night of the murder and Ghost immediately notices a phone that wasn’t there before.
Terry is intrigued by Ghost’s discovery but concludes it can’t be used because Ghost doesn’t have any proof that the phone wasn’t there. The meeting concludes but it looks like Ghost defense team has just gotten stronger. But this looks like it will be tested as it experienced a road bump early.
Joe reveals to Terry that he also represented Tommy as well which is a clear conflict of interest in the case which can cause him to be recused.
