One Georgia business owner is showing his loyalty for his Super Bowl bound Atlanta Falcons in his local corner store.

Viral Chhadua owns an Exxon station in Gainesville, Ga and he decided to take a stand against anything New England until after the game with this handwritten sign in an empty spot where he used to carry Sam Adams beer saying:

“We Will NOT Be Selling Any  Sam Adam’s Until After The Super Bowl”

And why did he do this?

Viral said that he did it in response to a column that was written by a veteran writer for the Boston Globe, Dan Shaughnessy.
In his column, Shaughnessy said:
“Atlanta? Seriously? This will be like the Larry Bird Celtics winning tow of their championships by beating the Houston Rockets instead of the Lakers.
“When it comes to Atlanta and its sports fans, we feeling nothing. Maybe a little pity.”
And he didn’t stop with that because when he tried making his point, he slams the Houston Rockets.
“Atlanta? Seriously? This will be like the Larry Bird Celtics winning tow of their championships by beating the Houston Rockets instead of the Lakers.
“I know this makes us greedy, but it’s real. A Super Bowl vs. the Dallas Cowboys or New York Football Giants or Green Bay Packers would have had so many more layers of story lines and history. Even a rematch with Pete “the Poodle” Carroll and the Seahawks would have drummed up some extra interest.”
He continues his column by saying how nice the city is, but said, “It is also a town with absolutely zero enthusiasm for professional sports. And the non-fans know it.”
So needless to say, Falcon fans are mad and this is why store owner Viral Chhadua took a stand until the Super Bowl was over.
