Brock Allen Turner was a Stanford University swimmer who sexually assaulted an unconscious woman behind a dumpster at a “frat party” and was only sentenced to six months in jail, which he faced up to 10-14 years in prison.

Judge Aaron Persky gave the 6-month sentence because a longer sentence would have “a severe impact on him.”

There is a petition to sack the Judge.

At his sentencing, the Judge allowed the victim to read him (attacker) her letter describing the “severe impact” the assault had on her.
