The pop star, The Weeknd, had a great weekend. The 2016 Billboard Music Awards found him being a big winner Sunday (May 22), taking home eight (8) awards, including Top Hot 100 Artist and Top R&B Artist at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Adele won for Top Artist accepting in a pre-recorded video from overseas, Justin Bieber (Top Male Artist), Rihanna (the fan-voted Chart Achievement Award) and Meek Mill beat out Drake, Future, Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar for Top Rap Album.
