D∆WN is readying to release Redemption, one of the most hotly anticipated releases of 2016, through a new partnership with MBK Entertainment/RED Associated Labels. The fiercely independent-maven will reveal details soon for the third and final installment of her critically-acclaimed music trilogy series.

‘Redemption’ marks The Red Era of the trilogy, it is a celebratory effort and D∆WN’s freedom song. In 2013 a courageous and regal songstress released her solo debut album, Goldenheart which reached #1 on iTunes R&B/Soul and iTunes Top 25 albums chart within hours. Goldenheart received universal acclaim from contemporary music critics who hailed D∆WN as one of the best new acts in pop and R&B.
Fast forward to January 2015, D∆WN released her sophomore album Blackheart, many notable sources named the album one of the best of 2015 including Rolling Stone, Fact Mag and Pitchfork. For the rollout, D∆WN revealed a darker imaginative side and released a total of nine visuals within a six month period of the release, a ground-breaking feat for an independent artist. The album peaked at No. 2 on Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic chart.
As an independent artist, D∆WN is carving out an inimitable lane and breaking barriers in music, film, fashion and technology with her innovative approach. She has captured the hearts of a dedicated and diverse fanbase spanning hip-hop, pop, R&B, EDM and dance music. YouTube and the tech-savvy publication The Verge recently announced D∆WN as the first-ever artist to perform for the newly launch YouTube LIVE 360° series. D∆WN is also set to perform her ‘Redemption’ live show internationally including North American festival stages at FORM Arcosanti (May 13), Moogfest (May 21) and Folsom (May 27).
