TMZ caught up with Louisiana’s legendary rapper Master P the other day and asked him what he thought of Tyrann Mathieu aka The Honey Badger’s comments regarding rap music and violence.
They’re telling Master P that Mathieu was criticizing rap music saying that it’s brainwashing people to thinking that doing drugs and that killing each other is cool to do.

Tyrant’s solution is to come out with his own album to speak against that kind of negativity that people have regarding drugs and killing.
P simply says, “Well, I’m with that, but you know what that ain’t going to change it.
Music is music, you know, it’s just like movies. If you say all the GodFather movies or all the Scarface movies. You know what I’m saying? So it’s like that stuff don’t matter, you know what I’m saying- it’s the people, we gotta change the people, we gotta raise our kids. So the music not the problem, it’s just entertainment.
But I heard he making a record, come in the city, let’s make a song, let’s go in the studio. I’m willing to produce whatever cuz everything got a good and a bad.”
All this came out after the former NFL player Will Smith was murdered in New Orleans on April 9th.
