Break Free Hip Hop School launches a 24/7 cypher in the heart of the city.

The school, founded by internationally renowned artists, invites Houston to join the dance circle, and the campaign behind it. As the school stands poised on the brink of rapid expansion, adding many more students and instructors every year, the team is making a bold move forward with Create Your Escape.

2016 an initiative to provide 2,016 new students with full scholarships to the school’s programming over the next two years. “If dance, music, or art has ever changed your life, there’s no reason you shouldn’t be here,” says Moy Rivas, Director and Founder of Break Free.

Break Free Hip Hop School was founded in 2011 to provide the surrounding community with instruction and mentorship through positive HipHop culture. HipHop education is necessary because it cultivates a culture that can change the world for the better, and it is a culture that can flourish fully through proper representation and mentorships, just as through the work of Beginning Wednesday, March 23, at 5:00 am, the Break Free team takes the city to start a ‘round the clock dance cypher, to be held at 8th Wonder Brewery’s lot, at 2202 Dallas St. in Houston, Texas.
