Erin Andrews wins $55 million in a lawsuit against a Nashville Marriott hotel and a man who captured a nude video of her.
Michael David Barrett tampered with the peephole of her hotel room and recorded a video of her naked. He is sentenced to 2.5 years in prison on account of stalking Andrews. Barrett reserved the room next to her and said he found her through the hotel’s directory.
Andrews was asking for $75 million in her case against him and the Marriott. Both parties were held responsible leaving Barrett owing $28 million and the hotel owing $26 million.
Andrews posted up this tweet after the jury made their final decision in her favor.
