If you’re visiting New York City soon than you’re going to have to try this latest creation, the Rainbow Bagel.
The Bagel Store in Brooklyn, NY is burning up with their latest creations of the rainbow bagel and sprinkled cream cheese. Their owner Scot Rossillo, said that out of their 30 choices, the rainbow bagel their hottest selling item.
Rosily says, “We’re making ’em right now again. Blueberry fruity flavors. I make Brooklyn-style bagels. I created my own starter many years ago with fresh yeast and we keep reusing the same yeast. We season the oiling water upstairs specially.”
For 18-years, Rossillo was making bagels at a place called Big City Bagels in Grained, Brooklyn.
The shop even had pink bagels for Breast Cancer month and a large variety of other colored bagels to show support or celebrate other special days too.
They’re also the creator of the “Cragel,” the bagel which is 1/2 croissant and 1/2 bagel and get it filled with any filler you want.
They offer French toast Cradles with Nutella cream cheese, Chocolate chip and cannoli cream cheeses to go with their Cragels too. A BEC– bacon, egg and cheese bagel that includes EXTRA bacon and cheese that is baked into their dough, German Pumpernickel Beer Bagel, Buttery Salted Pretzel Bagel, Spinach Parmesan Cheese Bagel, etc…
You are offered a variety of cream cheeses such as, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Birthday Cake flavors…
