Uber is expanding their business from ordering a ride to ordering yourself food delivery service.
The Uber company is supposed to launch a “standalone app” for their UberEats food-delivery service… the app will be launched in several major US cities including in Houston.
This app allows their customers to order from local restaurants and have their food delivered by an Uber drive.
They might be similar to the other food deliveries that have been around for years such as GrubHub, Seamless, Eat24 and more, but there’s no telling unless you try it out.

“We are thrilled to expand the UberEATS app to all UberEATS cities — and more — very soon,” said an Uber spokesperson.
“We’re very excited to work with cities’ favorite restaurants for a delicious, local experience every time.”
The app is set to be launched in March and will charge users a $5 delivery free.
