Patrick Beverley was arrested Wednesday morning for $321 in unpaid toll fees. According to Abc13.com in the past year, about 20 percent have been issued citations. Only 21 arrests have been made. That’s less than one percent being arrested. An EZ tag representive said “We have equipment that can read your license plate and will send information that a prohibited vehicle is on the toll road,”.
