There’s a new digital payment service to help you collect debts.  The new service from PayPal, called PayPal.Me, lets users set up individual accounts to receive payments.  Debtors can find out how much they owe you by clicking on your personal link and pay you through their PayPal account.  The company says they started the new service after they commissioned a study that found adults worldwide are owed over 50-billion dollars in small debts from friends and family.  They also found that 50-percent of Americans let debts go uncollected because they find it too awkward to ask friends or family to pay them back. PayPal.Me is now available in 18 countries. Do you let you friends borrow money.  Let us know by voting on our poll below?
