RHQ says the label violated their partnership and the CEO owes him money he has earned, as well as royalties for his music.

According to the court documents filed, Henry hasn’t accounted RHQ for at least four albums and hit songs such as “Flex” and “Type of Way.” Quan also says Henry used some his funds for a real estate deal of $159,500 and $550,000 from a deal with DeJ Jam.

Quan’s attorney stated, “Unfortunately this is a classic case of a music artist being ripped off by those claiming to have his best interest in mind. Quan has more than delivered on his part of the partnership, delivering hit songs that have sold hundreds of thousands of copies. Mr. Henry has taken advantage of Quan, and now it’s time for him to receive his just due.”

Obviously RHQ is feelin’ some type of way and wants his money back.
