Man Hold Up! — A Utah man is facing charges for allegedly impersonating a waiter to steal a customer’s credit card. Heber officials say David Skiby acted as if he were a server at a café but didn’t not return a credit card when he got it from the woman. They say he took it and used it other place but was eventually tracked down with the help of the public. Skiby is facing felony counts.
