After hearing about a 13-year old girl named Victoria Marsh, on May 20th, the Dover Police department in Philadelphia added a vid to YouTube to help her meet her favorite star.
Victoria is a rare in form, she not only has Downs Syndrome, but she was diagnosed with rare form of bone cancer called Osteosarcoma.

At 13, it’s very unfortunate that later Victoria had her leg amputated, especially considering that at her age, her passions are singing, dancing and swimming.
She even said it, she’s still “Shaking it Off” even though she has a prothesis on, but swimming will be another thing for her for a little time.
Since the Police dept. wanted Victoria to meet Swift or FaceTime her so they started the campaign called #SwiftAwish #TeamVictoria and the vid has been viewed over a 100 thousand times already.
The meeting had to be medically cleared, but thankfully the do’s gave her the “go ahead” because Victoria’s wish came true.
Yup, one night she got to meet Swift backstage at a concert in Philadelphia
Check out Victoria’s vid, her battle and look how she’s always smiling.
