Seven people are dead due to flooding near Houston.  Authorities confirmed the body of a missing Fort Bend County elderly woman was discovered Wednesday afternoon near a creek.  Family members think Alice Tovar was driving to work when she got caught in high waters and was trapped.  The body of a man was also found Wednesday at the ramp from U.S. 59 onto West Loop South in Houston.  Police think he may have driving past a barricade and into the water, but aren’t sure.
