Man, people are crazy! — Three puppies found in a box that was dropped off at a Tennessee charity are doing better. A woman made the discovery last week at a Goodwill center in Chattanooga when she opened a taped-up cardboard box labeled, “stuffed animals.” Inside, she found the puppies dehydrated, malnourished and covered in urine. Within 48 hours, the puppies had been nursed back to health. A four-thousand-dollar reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of those responsible for taping the puppies up in the box.
