It’s Wednesday, right? My pick for #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) goes to none other than the beautiful and talented: Lala Anthony. Did I say beautiful? Lala Diamond Anthony was one of the people I looked up to when I was growing up. I watched her and her TRL coworkers hook me into that countdown show to a point where I said: “I wanna do what THEY DO!” Those kids (at the time) made me feel as though they were my friends. I caught up with the bunch everyday after school to have fun and listen to them talk about the one thing I love….MUSIC!
Lala’s been on a roll since then! She’s had her on TV show, guest-starred in movies, launched her own clothing line and was on the NY Times Best Sellers list! NOW….she’s at the books again and is releasing “The Power Playbook” which gives incite on how to establish financial independence and find balance for a truly satisfying life. It’s available on May 5, 2015. You can purchase it just to look and fantasize over the cover… OR get it to give as a gift to your girl, sister, cousin, parent or friend.
Thanks for the inspiration over the years, Lala! Keep doing your thing. And shoutout to your hubby and son too. The world admires ya’ll!
