We know that trouble is something that the rapper DMX is used to… DMX has a lengthy legal history that started in 1998. The most recent time was in 2013, but here we are in 2015.
DMX is accused of stealing from an Exxon gas station in Newark, NJ, they’re calling it a “smash and grab.”
The guy who is finger pointing DMX is a guy that he came across with at that Exxon station early on Sunday morning.
The guy told the cops that he came across “X” and that he clearly remembered “X” because they had a conversation about rap music.
It was around that time when one of “X’s” entourage flashed a gun and that he demanded the guy’s money.
The guy who is claiming to be the victim for some odd reason had $3,200 on him at the time and he said that “X” grabbed the cash and sped away.
DMX isn’t under arrest and no charges have been filed.
Of course, DMX was in that area Saturday due to a show he had, but his rep clearly denies that DMX robbed anyone too.
