(Undated) — A mugshot is the last place anyone wants to fall asleep, but that’s just where a Texas man decided to nod off. According to Houston’s KPRC TV, Christopher Shirley is accused of falling asleep as his police photo was being taken last week. Police in Montgomery say Shirley was also asleep at the wheel of his truck when it back into another vehicle. The victim tried to wake Shirley and eventually paramedics were called to the scene. When Shirley came to, police say he had slurred speech and was squinting. When he failed a field sobriety test, he was arrested for DWI.
