Using a screen name that’s playful and starts with a letter near the beginning of the alphabet could improve your odds of finding love online. Researchers in Britain say getting a profile seen is as important as having an attractive photo. They also say women respond to names that indicate intelligence, while men are drawn to names that suggest physical attractiveness. Researchers also found that clever use of humor can give profiles an edge. The study is published in the journal “Evidence Based Medicine.”
