(Undated) — Drug charges are in store for a man arrested wearing a shirt that read “Who needs drugs? No, seriously, I have drugs.” According to the “Tampa Bay Times,” police in Hudson, Florida say John Balmer was busted when an officer spotted him trying to pass a baggie to another person while getting ready to check out at a KMart. When the second person wouldn’t take the bag, Balmer set it on the ground and then made his purchase. Police discovered the bag contained marijuana and methamphetamine.
