(Undated)  —  Drunk driving charges are in store for a 75-year-old man who tried to blame his impairment on his meal.  According to documents obtained by the “Smoking Gun,” when John Przybyla of Friendship, Wisconsin was suspected of drunk driving back in October, he told officers that he hadn’t been drinking, but had just eaten beer battered fish at a fish fry.  Police later learned he had a blood alcohol content of point-zero-62, which is actually under the point-zero-eight legal limit.  However, he has nine previous drunk driving arrests, which prohibits from driving with a BAC of more than point-zero-two.
