Halle Berry has filed legal docs appealing to the judge to lower her child support.
Halle pays $16,000 in monthly child support to her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry and now she’s claiming that he has quit working to live off of her child support payments. Yeah, it seems like Gabriel has been taking advantage of his 50% of it.
Halle and Gabriel have joint custody of their 6 year old Nahla and now Halle is asking that the judge lower her payments to $3,000 a month instead, knocking off $13,000.
TMZ said that Halle is claiming that Gabriel is “perfectly capable of getting a job.”
